Welcome to MyCrewmate and Port Electronics and Luggage (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile app, website, and associated services, including but not limited to personal shopping, package acceptance, delivery, and concierge ordering (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.


2. Personal Use Only

All products and services offered through our app and website are intended for individual, personal use only. You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Commercial resale or redistribution

  • Bulk ordering for unapproved third parties

  • Violations of customs or port regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we suspect is being placed for resale or export in violation of these terms.


3. Customs and Port Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any products you order comply with:

  • Port regulations of your vessel

  • Customs rules of your country of residence or destination

  • Any employer-specific import or usage policies

We do not guarantee that any product is permitted onboard your vessel or by your employer. By ordering, you assume full responsibility for legal compliance with all relevant rules.


4. Account Creation and Customer Information

To access certain Services (e.g., delivery, concierge, package acceptance), you must create an account and provide accurate information, including:

  • Full name

  • Valid vessel assignment or pickup location

  • WhatsApp number or other contact method

You agree to keep your information up to date and to notify us if your ship assignment or contact details change.


5. Orders, Delivery, and Pickup

We offer multiple methods for receiving your order:

  • Ship Delivery: If selected, you agree to be available onboard or dockside during the delivery window. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time, we may return the item to our store or reschedule delivery at our discretion.

  • In-Store Pickup: Pickup is available at 259 Marine Way, Juneau, Alaska, during posted business hours.

  • Concierge or Buy-For-Me Orders: You authorize us to purchase products or accept packages on your behalf. All concierge purchases are subject to availability and supplier policies.


6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the unique nature of delivery to cruise ships and international customers, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect due to fulfillment error

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We reserve the right to deny refunds where misuse, incorrect contact information, or delayed communication has caused fulfillment issues.


7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use false or fraudulent identification

  • Attempt to manipulate pricing, delivery routes, or shipping records

  • Access or use our Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems


8. Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Customer data is collected and used only for order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and internal service improvements. For more, refer to our [Privacy Policy].


9. Modifications and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version with the effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if we suspect a violation of these Terms.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs inspections, port authority actions, or weather

  • Missed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Third-party platform errors (e.g., WhatsApp, Shopify, Tapcart)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
